Reflections on Corporate Cultural Development in State-owned Enterprises

本文通过对国有企业文化建设的发展特点进行分析,提出国有企业要想保持平稳的持续发展,必须建立具有本企业特色的企业文化,塑造企业的核心价值观,建立良好的企业制度和形象,培育企业精神,从而成为企业职工认可、社会美誉度高的优秀企业。

Based on an analysis of the characteristics of culture development in state-owned enterprises, the paper argues that to sustain a stable and continued development, an SOE should foster a distinctive culture, develop its core values, establish a proper system and image and cultivate its own corporate spirit, and thereby develop itself into an outstanding enterprise that enjoys high recognition among its employees and good reputation among the public.
