摘要
本文结合工程建设公司近年来开展文体活动的成功实践,强调必须充分认识新时期开展文体活动对推动企业发展的重要性,阐述了开展文体活动需要把握的几个关键环节,提出了企业开展文体活动的一些有效途径。
The paper uses the successful practices of SINOPEC Engineering Incorporation in carrying out recreational and sports activities as the example to emphasize the importance of such activities to a company＇s development. It describes some key elements that should be properly addressed during the process and puts forward some effective approaches accordingly.
