Data collection is a vital step in the process of assessing the effectiveness of learning transfer, and the methods for data collection as well as data sources have a direct impact on assessment results. Building upon the researches in this field at both home and abroad, the paper comes up with some effective methods for data collection and reliable data sources, and lays out a number of considerations during data collection, so that reliable data can be acquired and used in assessment of the effectiveness of learning transfer.
