高压氧疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析高压氧疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法将本院2013年5月至2015年8月收治的166例神经根型颈椎病患者按照随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各83例。对照组患者实施单纯骨科颈部牵引治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用高压氧疗法干预。对比两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、颈椎残障指数(NDI)评分及肌电图指标变化情况。结果治疗后两组患者VAS评分及NDI评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),研究组患者改善幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者F波传导速度均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),研究组患者治疗后F波传导速度提高幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者上肢神经F波潜伏期均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),研究组患者治疗后上肢神经F波潜伏期改善幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经根型颈椎病在常规牵引治疗基础上实施高压氧疗法可更显著缓解患者疼痛症状,改善颈椎关节功能,促进神经根的生理修复。 Objective To analyze the clinical effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of cervical spondyloylotic radiculopathy. Method 166 cases of patients with nerve-root type cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital from May 2013 to August 2015 were randomly divided into study group and control group according to a random number table method, 83 cases in each group. Control group patients were simply given orthopedics and neck traction treatment, while study group patients were given hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of orthopedics and neck traction treatment. The VAS scores, NDI scores and electromyography indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Result The VAS scores and NDI scores of the two groups after treatment improved obviously than before treatment (P 〈 0.05). And the improvement of amplitude in study group was significantly more than control group (P 〈 0.05). The F wave conduction velocity after treatment was significantly improved than before treatment in both groups (P 〈 0.05). After treatment, the F wave conduction velocity in study group increased more than control group (P 〈 0.05). The latency stage of the upper limb nerve F wave of after treatment was significantly improved than before treatment in both groups (P 〈 0.05). After treatment, the latency stage of the upper limb nerve F wave of study group improved significantly more than control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy on the basis of high pressure oxygen therapy can relieve the symptoms of pain, improve the function of cervical vertebra and promote the physiological repair of nerve root.
