摘要
研究了不同质量浓度的GGR、IBA、KNAA,以及插穗木质化程度、留叶数量、长度、切口方式对钩栗扦插生根的影响。结果表明:低质量浓度生根剂浸泡处理中500 mg/L IBA效果最好;高质量浓度生根剂速蘸处理中1 000 mg/L KNAA效果最好,低质量浓度生根剂处理效果优于高质量浓度生根剂处理。选择半木质插穗、长15 cm、留两片1/2叶、下端平切处理最有利于钩栗扦插生根。
In this study, the influence of different concentration of GGR, IBA and KNAA and different cutting treatments including lignified degree, length, the number of leaves and incisions on the rooting of Castanopsis tibetana Hance cuttings. The results showed that 500 mg/L IBA works best in the low concentration rooting soak treatments and 1 000 mg/L KNAA works best in the high concentration rooting quick dipping treatments, however in general, low concentration rooting agent treatments work better than the higher ones. Half-lignified Castanopsis tibetana cuttings are 15 cm long with two half leaves on the top and horizontal incision on the bottom have the highest rooting ability.
