摘要
针对目前整杆式甘蔗收获机行驶液压系统存在的问题,重新进行了改进设计,并利用AMESim仿真软件对改进后的设计进行了模拟仿真。通过虚拟建模和仿真分析,检验了该系统在工作和转场状态下的速度、扭矩等参数方面都满足功能设计要求,从而验证了本行驶液压系统设计的可行性,为推动整杆式甘蔗收获机更快地完善和推广提供有力的支持。
Aiming at the problems of the sugarcane harvester walking hydraulic system nowadays,this paper makes a design improvement to solve the problems and testifies the improved design quickly and efficiently by making a simulation in AMESim software. Through virtual modeling and simulation analysis,various of the system parameters speed,torque,etc. in both work and transition state are testified and they all turn out to meet the functional requirements. Therefore, the simulation verifies the feasibility of the design of the walking hydraulic system efficiently. This design improvement method will provide strong support to the promotion of the sugarcane harvester.
