全地面起重机桁架式副臂起臂变形量的研究

摘要 运用线性和非线性理论对全地面起重机桁架式副臂起臂工况进行分析,提取起臂过程中最危险的工况使用有限元法中的梁单元和杆单元代替各构件进行分析,得出线性和非线性理论对长柔性臂起臂的变形影响。 This paper mainly analyze the boom lifting process of fly jib working condition of all terrain crane with linear theory and nonlinear theory.Firstly,The most dangerous working condition will be extracted. Then Each component will be established by beam and link element based on section of custom function and iterative computation,consequence will be analyzed with finite element method. Finally,the deformation influence based on linear and nonlinear theory on boom lifting process will be concluded.
