摘要
四联滑移齿轮的液压控制机构是应用于卧式车床的主轴箱的一种变速传动结构,通过液压缸实现四联滑移齿轮在传动轴上的四工位精确定位,从而使调速更精确。液压缸的设计具有双悬伸准停特点,四联滑移齿轮的移动控制平稳可靠。
Quadruple slip gear hydraulic control mechanism is applied to the horizontal lathe spindle box of a transmission mechanism,through the hydraulic cylinder achieve quadruple slip gear on the transmission shaft four station precise positioning, so that the speed more accurate. The design of hydraulic cylinder has the characteristics of double suspension and quasi stop,mobile control quadruple sliding gear is stable and reliable.
