摘要
阐述了面向飞机装配过程的数字化仿真测量相对于常规测量方法具备的特点及优势,以西门子VSA软件为平台,介绍了同轴度、装配面轴线、匹配/装配程度的常规与仿真测量的测量原理及方法,在飞机装配中具有一定的推广价值。
The characteristics and advantages of digital measurement simulation for aircraft assembly based on VSA is proposed. Compared with measurement analysis of coaxially,axial-errors,and matching or assembling degree,the principle and method of normal measurement and simulation measurement is introduced. The analysis results show that the simulation measurement has an excellent results and advantages,and it can be expanded for aircraft assembly.
