摘要
对于目前YJ19型卷烟机集流管内腔清洁难度大和自动化清洁程度低的问题,设计了一种LOGO控制器自动清洁装置,此装置通过在定子左端(细端)加清洁吹风,右端(粗端)接负压吸风,实现了对集流管内腔的自动清洁功能。经过现场试验测试,结果表明:LOGO控制器自动清洁装置具有功耗低、清洁效率高、稳定可靠的特点,减少了设备维修损耗,产品质量和设备作业率均得到有效提升。
For the current YJ19 Cigarette Machine collecting tube inner cavity of the difficulty of cleaning and automatic cleaning degree is low,design a logo controller automatic cleaning device,we add blow cleaner on the stator＇s left（thin side）and negative-pressure the right（thick side）. By using the LOGO controller,cleaning device＇s auto control will come true. The results show that： LOGO through field test,the results show that the controller is automatic cleaning device with low power consumption,clean the characteristics of high efficiency,ensuring the collecting main lumen＇s seasonable and clean,reducing the wastage of equipment maintenance,elevating product quality and equipment operating rate.
