提出了高职院校金工实习改革的模式,实践证明,这一新的基于工作过程的金工实习模式有利于提高学生进行金工实习的兴趣,有利于提高学生综合运用所学知识分析、解决实际问题的能力,有利于提高学生的创新意识和创新能力,有利于促进教师业务水平的提高。

Mode of metalworking practice reform in higher vocational schoolswas proposed,proved that this new metalworking practice mode will help improve students＇ interest in metalworking practice, and help improve students＇ comprehensive use of the knowledge learned analysis,the ability to solve practical problems,there help to improve their sense of innovation and creativity,help promote the improvement of teachers＇ professional level.
