摘要
为了提高气象观测的自动化水平和气象数据的观测精度及连续性,青海省各国家级气象台站均布设了2套自动气象站,一套现用一套热备份。自动气象站的保障技术不仅是对单个自动站的维护保障,还应涵盖2套站相互切换以及地面气象专线出现故障后数据上传方面的保障维护。从新型自动站、备份自动站以及民用北斗传输系统的系统结构等方面,探讨了互为备份的自动站其数据传输方式以及现用和备用自动站之间切换中存在的技术问题,以期提高气象数据的观测质量和传输质量,从而适应天气预报、预警等业务对地面观测数据资料在准确性和及时性方面的要求。
In order to improve the automation level of meteorological observation and the observation accuracy and continuity of meteorological data,two sets of automatic weather stations were set up for every national meteorological station in Qinghai Province. Automatic weather station protection technology is not only for the maintenance and protection of a single station,but also covers the two sets of stations and the ground meteorological data and the maintenance of data upload.The data transmission mode of mutual backup automatic stations and technical problems existing in switching between ~Jctive and standby station were discussed, from structures of the new type automatic station, backup automatic station and civil compass transmission system, in order to improve the meteorological data of observation and transmission quality, adapt to the weather forecast, early warning and other business on the ground observation data in terms of accuracy and timeliness requirements.
