摘要
目的探讨质量控制小组管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法本院在2013年4月至2014年4月对手术室护理采用常规管理,自2014年4月至2015年4月对手术室护理采用质量控制小组管理模式,比较采用质量控制小组管理模式前后的护理效果。结果质量控制小组管理后手术室护理差错率为0.05%,较质量控制小组管理前的0.3%显著降低(P<0.05)。质量控制小组管理后患者的护理满意率为94.9%,较质量控制小组管理前的81.3%显著提高(P<0.05)。结论质量控制小组管理模式在手术室护理管理中具有良好应用效果,值得推荐。
The researches on glass fiber cloths used for high-frequency and high-speed printed circuit boards（ PCB）at home and abroad are presented. These researches have shown that the dielectric constant（ Dk） and dissipation factor（ Df） of glass fiber cloths can be lowered to some extent by various means. The study also describes the application of these glass fiber cloths in PCB.
