摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者行心脏搭桥术的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2013年4月-2015年7月我院门诊及住院部接诊收治的280例行心脏搭桥术患者,其中,糖尿病患者180例,非糖尿病患者100例,手术操作方法相同,观察手术效果。结果两组在手术不良反应、住院时间及切口愈合不良发生率方面不存在统计学差异(P>0.05);两组在PT、APTT、FIB、TT四项指标检测结果上存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者行心脏搭桥术整体效果比较理想,但可能出现凝血机制异常,需要加强术后监测改善预后。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of bypass surgery in patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 280 patients who visited the outpatient service and were admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to July 2015 were enrolled; among these patients, 180 had diabetes, and 100 had no diabetes. The surgical procedure was the same for all patients, and the surgical outcome was observed. Results The adverse effects of surgery, length of hospital stay, and incidence rate of poor incision healing showed no significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）, while prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, fibrinogen, and thrombin time showed significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with diabetes can achieve good benefits from bypass surgery, but may experience abnormalities in coagulation mechanism. Postoperative monitoring should be enhanced to improve prognosis.
