芪苈强心胶囊治疗舒张性心衰的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of Qili Qiangxin capsules in treatment of diastolic heart failure

目的探索芪苈强心胶囊治疗舒张性心衰的临床疗效。方法选取我院的100例舒张性心衰患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组各有50例患者,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用芪苈强心胶囊治疗。结果采用常规治疗的对照组LVED、CRP、BNP、EF各项指标显示患者症状无改善,采用芪苈强心胶囊治疗的观察组LVED、CRP、BNP、EF各项指标显示患者症状在明显的好转,观察组治疗后的各项指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊治疗舒张性心衰的临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qili Qiangxin capsules in the treatment of diastolic heart failure. Methods A total of 100 patients with diastolic heart failure who were treated in our hospital were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, and those in the observation group were given Qili Qiangxin capsules. Results In the control group, the parameters of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVED）, C-reactive protein（CRP）, brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）, and ejection fraction（EF） suggested no improvements in the patients＇ symptoms, while in the observation group, the parameters of LVED, CRP, BNP, and EF suggested significant improvements in the patients＇ symptoms. After treatment, the observation group showed significantly better parameters than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Qili Qiangxin capsules have significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of diastolic heart failure.
