摘要
通过对下承式钢管拱桥的钢管拱混凝土顶升的施工技术分析,通过泵送方案的比选,选定方案可顺利泵送到拱顶。依据有限元软件演算分析混凝土浇注时拱肋的稳定性(以最大跨度A跨为例),施工过程把握质量控制要点,最后以超声波无损检测为主,敲击击打为辅,对钢管拱内混凝土密实度检查,结果表明拱肋混凝土严实,均未产生空鼓与脱管现象,符合设计要求。
Through the analysis on the construction technology of steel pipe concrete jacking for the through type steel pipe arch bridge and comparison and selection of pumping scheme,the selection scheme can be sent to arch crown successfully. Based on the calculation through finite element software,the analysis on the stability of arch rib at the time of pouring the concrete is made( taking the largest span A as an example). During the construction,the quality control points are mastered. In the end,taking ultrasonic non- destructive testing as the principal and knock and strike as the auxiliary,the inspection on the compactness of steel pipe arch rib concrete is performed. The inspection result shows that arch rib concrete is close,without hollow and tube knockout,which meets the design requirement.
