摘要
随着大学毕业生规模逐年暴增,大学生就业形势也愈发严重,一方面高校毕业生面临着日益严重的结构性失业问题,另一方面用人单位感到"求贤若渴"找不到合适的人才,高校作为人才输出地其培养的大学生与社会需求不符,大学生就业问题日益严重。大学生就业力是一项综合能力,本文通过构建大学生就业力构成体系,面向大学生与用人单位设计出调查问卷,研究用人单位和大学生对"工作态度与合作能力"、"生涯规划管理与学习进取能力"、"专业技能运用能力"的认可度,使用主成分分析方法,从大学生和用人单位两个角度综合评价了构成大学就业力的各因素的重要性。通过象限图分析法,对比用人单位和大学生对重要性的认知差异,为大学生和高校在提高大学生就业竞争力方面提供合理的建议。
With the increasing size of college graduates year by year,the employment situation of college students is becoming more and more serious. On the one hand,college graduates are facing increasingly serious structural unemployment problem,on the other hand,employers are desperate to find a suitable talent. As the output of talents,university cannot educate the students 'accommodation of social,the employment of college students is becoming increasingly serious. College Students ' employment ability is a comprehensive ability,This article constructs the system of College Students' employment ability and sent out questionnaires to employing units and college students to study their perception of " Work attitude and cooperation ability", " Career planning management and learning and enterprising ability",and "The ability to use professional skills". Using principal component analysis method,analysed the importance of the various factors that constitute the university employment force from two angles of university students and the employing unit.c By constructing index quadrant distribution chart,we compare the view of students and the employers. To improve the employment competitiveness of college students,we offer students and university reasonable suggestions.
