摘要
采用系统预试法对香樟根可能的化学成分进行预实验,初步探索苗药香樟根的化学成分。方法:采用试管反应法,对香樟根水、70%乙醇、石油醚提取物进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的显色反应或沉淀反应,对香樟根可能含有的化学成分进行初步研究。结果显示:香樟根可能含有糖、多糖、苷类、有机酸、鞣质、酚类、黄酮类、蒽醌类、强心苷、香豆素及内酯类、植物甾醇及三萜类、挥发油、油脂等化学成分。结论:初步确定香樟根含有多种有效成分,为香樟根的生物活性成分研究提供了实验基础。
Objetive: To identify the chemical components of Cinnamomum camphora roots by comprehensive preliminary system pre-tests. Methods: The extracted mixture of Cinnamomum camphora roots from purified water,70% ethanol and petroleum ether are studied by test tube method. The chemical constituents of Cinnamomum camphora roots is primarily demonstrated by precipitation reaction or color reaction with various indicator. Results: The preliminary test indicates of Cinnamomum camphora roots may contain chemical constituents such as sugar,polysaccharides,glycosides,organic acid,tannin,phenols,flavonoids,anthraquinone,cardiac glycosides,coumarin lactones,plant sterols and triterpenes,volatile oil,grease etc. Conclusion: The research provides foundation for further study of the chemical compositions and biological activities of the Cinnamomum camphora roots.
