摘要
双语教学是我国教学改革中的一项策略,开展双语教学可以使学生掌握前沿知识,接触世界先进技术和科学思想。在教学中双语教学成功的重要因素是把握好双语教学的尺度。本文根据双语教学的相关理论,探讨适合我校学生的实际情况,在食品微生物学课程教学中应用英汉双语教学的教学内容和方法。
Bilingual teaching is one of the major strategies in the teaching reform of our country. The successful execution of bilingual teaching can make the students master the advanced knowledge and contact the world advanced technology and scientific thought. Grasping the scale of bilingual teaching is an important factor in the success of bilingual teaching in the course of teaching. According to the relevant theory of bilingual teaching,this paper discussed the practical situation of students in our school,and the contents and methods of bilingual teaching in the course of food microbiology.
