摘要
某装备制造企业是多品种、小批量的生产模式,产品装配以手工装配为主,采用单件式管理,装配工艺复杂,造成现场管理难度大,质量追溯困难。分析了当前装配管理中存在的问题,提出了系统总体设计目标和架构,对装配过程中的关键问题进行了研究和系统实现。该系统已成功在多个装配车间开展应用,取得良好的应用效果。
Taking one equipment manufacturing enterprise as an example,which belongs to the mode of multi-varieties and small- batch production,it analyzes the complex products assembly process by hand in the piece-management and quality control,proposes the target and structure of digital assembly management system,studies the key problems and develops the digital assembly management system. The application shows that the system has a good effect.
