摘要
用传统成型方法生产非圆形异型陶瓷产品,其产品质量及生产效率不高,资源消耗大。对于异型陶瓷产品可采用行星轮法进行旋压成型。根据行星轮法加工方孔的原理对成型机结构参数作了优化,建立了成型机ADAMS样机模型,通过仿真验证了成型机工具加工轨迹及运动特性。结果表明,使用行星轮法成型机进行异型陶瓷产品旋压成型,工艺性能满足要求,是一种高效可行的异型陶瓷产品成型新工艺。
There are some disadvantages in traditional forming method such as weak quality and productivity of noncircular ceramic products and more resource consumption. It introduces the planetary wheel method for forming the heterotype ceramic product. Based on principle of planet wheel in processing of square hole,it optimizes the machine structure parameter,establishes the prototype model of molding machine in ADAMS,simulates the locus and kinetic characteristic of processing tool. The results show that product meets the requirements in spinning forming process for special ceramic products. This is an effective and feasible new molding craft of heterotype ceramic products.
