摘要
目的了解深圳市白纹伊蚊的抗药性水平,为控制登革热媒介伊蚊合理用药提供依据。方法选择5种深圳市常用杀虫剂,使用幼虫浸渍法对深圳市有代表性的5个区的白纹伊蚊进行抗药性试验。结果深圳市白纹伊蚊对5种杀虫剂产生不同程度的抗药性,对残杀威均显示低抗性(抗性倍数为2.72~5.84);对双硫磷在福田区和南山区监测点均为高抗性(抗性倍数分别为34.74、37.57);对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯在福田区监测点均为高抗性(抗性倍数分别为77.29、129.46、72.44);对氯菊酯在罗湖区监测点表现敏感(抗性倍数为1.09);其余各监测点为低抗或者中抗性。结论在登革热重点防范区域进行灭蚊时,要考虑到对蚊虫抗药性增长的影响,采取综合防治的方法,适当混用或者轮用药物,延缓抗药性的发展。
Objective To survey the resistance level of Aedes albopictus in Shenzhen City. Methods Impregnation method was employed to test resistance of Aedes albopictus to five commonly used insecticides in five district of Shenzhen. Results Resistance of Aedes albopictus to 5 insecticides developed in different degrees,low resistance to propoxur in all monitoring site( RR = 2. 72- 5. 84),showed high resistance to temephos in Futian and Nanshan( RR = 34. 74,37. 57,respectively),high resistance to beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin and permethrin in Futian district( RR = 77. 29,129. 46,72. 44,respectively),susceptible to permethrin in Luohu district( RR = 1. 09).Conclusion It is necessary to consider mosquito resistance to insecticides in the key area of dengue fever prevention,and take comprehensive prevention and control methods.
