摘要
文章结合某公路工程项目,针对该项目标段工程工期紧的特点,从施工方案、人员协调管理等方面提出了一系列项目进度控制管理措施,以确保工程如期完成。
In combination with a highway project,and regarding the characteristics of tight construction schedule in this project tender segment,this article proposed a series of project schedule control and management measures from the construction program,personnel coordination and management and other aspects,so as to ensure the timely completion of this project.
