摘要
在某核电站1号机组调试期间,凝结水再循环调节阀手动旁路阀(以下简称凝泵再循环旁路阀)阀杆断裂,导致凝结水泵长时间憋泵运行。从阀门设计、阀门制造、调试方案以及调试执行等4个方面对阀杆断裂的原因进行分析,并提出了后续改进意见。对同类机组的阀门设计制造、调试运行有借鉴和参考意义。
During the commissioning of No.1generating unit in a nuclear power plant(NPP),condensate recirculation flow control valve manual bypass valve stem breaks,which causes condensate pump running without flow for a long time.This paper analyzes causes of valve stem break from several perspectives,such as valve design,valve manufacture,commissioning program and commissioning execution etc.,and proposes improvement suggestions.This research is of high reference value for similar unit for valve design and manufacture,commissioning and operation.
