摘要
金陵电厂高加疏水系统采用逐级自流的方式,三号高加的正常疏水流至除氧器加热凝水,旨在阐述三号高加正常疏水疏至除氧器出口直接加热给水的系统改造分析。THA工况下通过热平衡计算出三号高加减少的抽汽量及除氧器增加的抽汽量,由于两股抽汽热品质不同,结合等效焓降法,计算出改造后汽轮机等效焓降的增加值,从而折算成标准煤耗下降值,得出改造后的经济收益。
The gravity flow method is applied to the high hydrophobic system in Jinling Power Plant.The No.3normal high hydrophobic flows to the deaerator heating condensate.This research aims to analyze the system modification for directly heating supply water with the No.3normal high hydrophobic flowing to deaerator outlet.Under THA working condition,the rerduced extraction flow of No.3high hydrophobic and the increased extraction flow of the deaerator are calculated through heat balance.Due to the different extraction flow heat quality,the equivalent enthalpy drop method is combined to calculate the added value of modified turbine equivalent enthalpy drop,so as to be converted into the standard coal consumption decreased value,and obtain the economic benefits after transformation.
