大容量发电机组水系统冲洗新工艺

New Flushing Method for Water System of Large-Capacity Power Unit

提出了适用于大容量汽轮发电机组水系统冲洗的新方法,通过在除氧器增加一路除盐水泵直接来水,用于整套启动期间的水系统冲洗。在某电厂调试过程中实际运用的结果表明,该方法取得良好的实际应用价值,有效节约了冲洗时间。

This paper introduces a new flushing method for water system of large capacity power unit.A pipe for demineralized water is directly installed to the deaerator for water system flushing during the whole starting phase.The practical use of the method in a power plant commissioning process shows that this method has good practical application value and effectively shortens flushing time.
