项目管理模式运用于产后母婴康复管理的效果观察

Effect of Project Management Mode in Maternal Postpartum Rehabilitation Management

目的:探讨项目管理的整体化管理模式在产后母婴康复管理应用中的效果。方法:运用项目管理的整体模式,将阶段化、量化和优化管理的方法运用于产后母婴的康复管理中,回顾性分析实施前后产妇产后乳房胀痛、产后尿潴留、晚期产后出血及新生儿吐奶、新生儿黄疸、新生儿肺炎等的发生情况。结果:项目管理模式实施前后母婴各指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用项目管理的模式及流程,对提高产后母婴康复管理有显著效果,是提高产科护理工作质量的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the role of integrated management mode in postpartum rehabilitation. Method： Using the integrated mode to manage the postpartum rehabilitation.The mode was staged, quantified and optimized.We retrospectively analyzed postpartum breast pain, urinary retention, late postpartum bleeding, newborn vomitting, newborn selera, newborn pneumonia and so on, those indexes were compared and analyzed. Result： Those indexes of two groups, the differences were statistical significance （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The integrated management mode can improve the management of postpartum rehabilitation, it is worth of popularized.
