摘要
目的:探讨气垫床充气程度不同与体质指数不同对卧床患者局部受压程度的影响。方法:采用便利抽样及自身对照的方法,选择临床病例60例,在平卧气垫床充气1/3满、充气2/3满、充气最足三种状态下逐渐延长间隔时间,对其平卧时两侧肩胛部、骶尾部的压力进行测量。结果:超重体质指数、正常体质指数、低体质指数患者卧气垫床不同充气程度时主要受压部位左肩胛部、右肩胛部、骶尾部局部组织皮肤体压值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.5),超重体质指数在气垫床充气1/3满时骶尾部平均体压值最大。结论:不同体质指数患者使用气垫床的翻身时间间隔具有差异性,超重体质指数可延长至每3小时翻身一次,而正常体质指数和低体质指数可延长至每4小时翻身一次,这样既能减轻频繁翻身给患者带来的痛苦,同时也减轻了护理人员的劳动强度。
Objective: To explore the effect of different degrees of inflation on the degree of local compression of ambulatory patients with different degrees of inflation and body mass index.Method: Using convenience sampling and its control method, 60 cases, in horizontal air cushion bed inflatable 1/3, inflatable 2/3, inflatable the foot three state under gradually to extend the interval of time, the prostrate at both sides of the scapular, sacrococcygeal pressure were measured.Result: Overweight and normal weight and low body mass index in patients with horizontal air cushion bed different charging degree mainly the compression part of the left shoulder, right shoulder, transsacral local skin body pressure value comparison, differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ), overweight in the air cushion bed inflatable 1/3 sacrococeygeal average pressure maximum.Conclusion: Patients with different body mass index ( BMI ) the use of air cushion bed turnover time interval has the difference, the ultra reorganization can be extended to every three hours to turn over one times, and normal weight group and low recombinants can be extended to every 4 hours to turn over one times, this can not only reduce the frequent turn over the pain brought to the patient, but also reduce the labor intensity of the nursing staff.
