妇科癌症化疗患者疾病不确定感及影响因素研究

Uncertainty in Illness among Chemotherapy Patients with Gynecological Cancer

目的:探讨妇科癌症化疗患者疾病不确定感水平及其影响因素。方法:采用一般情况调查表、疾病不确定感量表、症状困扰量表和社会支持评定量表对104例妇科癌症化疗患者进行调查。结果:患者的疾病不确定感得分为(100.75±12.46)分,其中90.38%的患者为中、高水平。回归分析显示:文化程度、肿瘤分期、症状困扰和社会支持是患者疾病不确定感的影响因素。结论:大部分妇科癌症化疗患者存在中、高水平的疾病不确定感,护理人员应根据其疾病不确定感的影响因素给予相应的干预。

Objective： To study the level and influencing factors of uncertainty in illness among chemotherapy patients with gynecological cancer.Method： A totally of 104 chemotherapy patients with gynecological cancer were investigated by a self-designed scale, Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale （ MUIS ）, Symptom Distress Scale （ SDS ） and Social Support Rating Scale （ SSRS ） .Result： Total score of MUIS was （ 100.75 ±12.46 ）, and 90.38% patients showed a middle or high level.Muhiple stepwise regression showed the influencing factors of uncertainty in illness were educational level, stage of tumor, symptom distress and social support.Conclusion： Uncertainty in illness is at a middle or high level in most chemotherapy patients with gynecological cancer, nurses should take the targeted intervention based on influencing factors to reduce the patients, uncertainty in illness.
