锥形弹簧橡胶/金属粘合不牢原因分析及解决措施 被引量:2

摘要 分析了锥形弹簧橡胶/金属粘合不牢的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。结果表明,锥形弹簧粘合不牢的主要原因是产品外套与模具过盈配合量不足、硫化内压大和模具分型面设计不合理。解决这一问题的有效措施主要包括增大模具在外套高度方向上的过盈配合量(≥0.5mm)或减小硫化内压力(≤50 MPa)或在外套底部和芯轴上部设计约10mm深的橡胶凹型面。 Reasons of adhesion failure between rubber and metal of conical spring were studied,and the solving measures on the problem were put forward.The results showed that the main reasons of adhesion failure between rubber and metal of conical spring were insufficiency of interference fit between outer part of product and mold,high inner-vulcanizing-pressure and unreasonable designing of the mold-meeting surface of the mold.The effective measures of solving this problem mainly included increasing the interference fit tolerance at the hight direction of the outer part(≥0.5mm)or decreasing the inner-vulcanizing-pressure(≤50MPa)or designing about 10 mm deep concave rubber surface at the bottom of the outer part and the top of the core shaft.
