摘要
针对长期以来换热器污垢无法准确监测的问题,基于能量守恒定律提出了一种换热器污垢特性监测方法,尝试建立了单位工质元吸热量模型,并搭建了相应的污垢监测实验平台,通过若干类型换热器污垢实验,验证了该方法。实验结果表明:单位工质元吸热量能较好地反映换热器管内污垢的生长趋势,可以用于换热器污垢特性的监测,且较以往方法具有测点较少、测点容易安装及数据容易获取等特点,该方法还可以解决换热器局部、区域性污垢无法准确监测的问题。
Considering the fact that heat exchanger fouling can' t be monitored accurately and basing on the law of conservation of energy, a fouling monitoring method for heat exchangers was proposed and the unit refrigerant element heat absorption model was set up, including the corresponding fouling-monitoring platform. Experiments on the fouling verify this method and the results show that, the refrigerant element heat absorption can reflect fouling' s growth trend in the heat exchanger and it can be used to monitor fouling characteristics; as compared to other means, this method asks for few measuring points and obtains the measurement data easily, in addition, it can monitor any local or regional fouling accurately.
