摘要
网架结构已经在建筑工程领域广泛应用,而传递网架结构内力的关键部位之一就是铸钢节点,满足网架节点的受力要求是保证网架结构安全的必要条件。重庆江北机场新建航站楼实体网架工程中的空间铸钢节点不仅空间造型各异,而且受力情况相对复杂,为此,对此网架节点进行力学性能分析。首先通过ANSYS有限元软件分析了节点区域在设计荷载作用下应力分布情况以及变形量,判断其能否满足实际工程设计要求;其次通过试验分级加载得到荷载-位移曲线和此时的应力及变形云图;然后进一步研究了节点破环时的一些特征;最后对此类异形铸钢节点使用及施工过程提出优化建议。
The space truss structure has been widely applied in construction engineering. One of the key parts of structure force transmission is grid node. The necessary condition for ensuring the safety of the grid structure is to meet the requirements of the grid nodes. The cast steel joints of this paper are derived from the new airport terminal building in Chongqing Jiangbei Airport. Its space form is very different and the stress is relatively complex,therefore,it is necessary to analyze the mechanical properties of the grid nodes. Firstly,the stress distribution and deformation of the joint region are analyzed by ANSYS finite element software,as a basis for judging whether it meets the requirements of actual engineering design. Secondly,load displacement curve deformation,stress,deformation cloud were obtained by gradation loading.Then,some failure characteristics of the joints are further studied. Finally,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the use and construction process of this type of cast steel joints.
