摘要
装配式输送机栈桥是近年来出现的一种应用于国外现代化矿井煤炭运输的新型结构形式,具有建设工期短、施工简单、造型美观等优点。但由于关键技术、施工工艺、造价较高等因素,目前在国内煤矿运输系统中并没有出现该结构形式。利用ANSYS有限元软件对单跨、双跨结构的静力特性进行了系统分析,并针对结构几何参数对其静力特性的影响进行了深入研究,得出提高结构静力特性的相关措施和结构的整体蒙皮效应。
Assembled ribbon conveyer trestle is a new structure,which has been widely used in the coal transportation of foreign modern colliery in recent years. The new structure owns the advantages of short construction period,convenient construction and attractive appearance. However,this structure is not common in the transportation system of domestic colliery because of the key technologies,construction process,higher cost and so on. The static characteristics of singlespan and double-span structures were analyzed systematically by using the finite element software ANSYS,and the effect of the structure geometric parameters on the static characteristics was studied deeply. A series of measures about how to improve the static characteristics and the overall stressed-skin effect of the structure were obtained.
