摘要
某场馆工程采用大跨度空间异型弯扭结构体系,其外网格钢结构多为异型薄壁弯扭构件。通过大量数值模拟分析及方案论证,对其外网格钢结构采用"地面拼装、分片单元原位吊装、高空散件嵌补"的方法进行安装。由于外网格钢构件板厚较薄,弯扭度较大,构件焊接质量及焊接变形控制难度大。焊接施工过程中通过合理的工艺及控制措施,保证了焊接质量,焊缝检测一次通过率达到98%。
The structural system of a venue project is long-span space bending and torsion structure,and most members of the exterior grid structure are thin-walled bending and torsion members. Based on a large number of numerical simulation and demonstration program,the "ground assembly,sectional lifting and parts inserting at high altitude " construction program was used in the installation of exterior grid structure. The welding quality and deformation were difficult to controlled because of the features of thin-walled and bending-torsion. The reasonable welding process and control measures were used to ensure the quality during welding,and the first-pass rate of welds inspection was reached to 98%.
