摘要
针对工程工期紧、时间短、任务重、技术要求高以及现场施工场地狭小等重、难点,结合建筑行业的未来趋势,运用BIM相关软件对中国尊建筑工程建立三维可视化模型,对深化设计、施工过程进行4D模拟及钢结构辅助施工进行分析。基于BIM技术的应用,提出了BIM工程管理的组织架构。BIM技术在该超高层建筑工程中成功运用,提高了生产效率,缩短了工期,并节约了成本。
To aim at the difficulties of the project,such as the short schedule,the less time,the heavy task,high technical requirements,the narrow construction site and so on. Combined with the future trend of the construction,the BIM technology was introduced. A visualizing model was built by using the BIM related software,which could provide a reference for assistant construction management,such as detailed design,component preassembly,4D simulations of project,field layout. According to the application of the BIM technology,the BIM organizational structure of the project management was proposed,which has been used successfully in the super high-rise project and improved the production efficiency,shortens the duration and saves cost.
