摘要
目的明确光伏并网发电项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,提出对策,减少职业病的发生。方法依据国家相关标准,采用类比法、检查表法、工程分析法进行综合分析评价。结果光伏发电系统主要由光伏组件、逆变器及升压系统3大部分组成,运行过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要为工频电场、SF6及其分解产物、噪声。类比企业电工接触工频电场的强度小于1 k V/m。结论光伏并网发电项目属于职业病危害一般的建设项目,工作人员接触职业病危害因素浓(强)度远低于职业接触限值,发生职业病的风险程度较低。
Objective To confirm the possible occupational hazards in the project of grid-connected photovoltaic power generation. To analyze the harm degree and the influence on the health of workers then give related protective measures. Methods According to the relevant state standards,checking tables method,analogy method,engineering analysis method were used to analyze and evaluate. Results Photovoltaic power generation system was consists of three parts: photovoltaic system components,inverter and boost system. The occupational hazard factors in the process of operation included power frequency electric field,noise,SF6 and its decomposed produces. The results of analogy detecting showed that electricians exposed to power frequency electric field were blow 1 kV / m. Conclusion This construction project is ordinary occupational hazard items,staff of the occupational-disease-inductive factors concentration( strong) degree is far lower than the occupational exposure limit,which would have slightly risk of occupational diseases.
