某制衣厂扩建项目职业病危害控制效果评价

Control effect of occupational hazards in the construction project of a clothing factory

目的对某制衣厂扩建项目的职业病危害因素进行识别与分析,并对其进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业卫生检测法、职业健康检查法和检查表法等进行综合分析及定性和定量评价。结果本项目存在的主要职业病危害因素包括棉尘、毒物、噪声、高温,其检测岗位合格率分别为95%、100%、90%、100%。结论本项目属于职业病危害较重的建设项目,所采取的职业病危害控制措施基本符合国家职业卫生要求,但棉尘和噪声防护设施须进一步整改。

Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazard factors in the construction project of clothing factory,and evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards. Methods Field investigation,detection,health examination and checklist were carried out,qualitative and quantitative evaluation was applied. Results The main occupational hazard factors were cotton dust,poisons,noise and high temperature. Qualified rates of cotton dust,poisons,noise and high temperature were 95%,100%,90%,100%. Conclusion The occupational hazards are relatively serious in the project.Protective measures roughly conform to the requirements of the national occupation hygiene. The protection facilities of cotton dust and noise must be corrected.
