刺五加口服液安全性及遗传毒性的实验研究

Experimental study on the safety and genetic toxicity of acanthopanax senticosus oral liquid

目的探讨刺五加口服液的安全性及致遗传毒性。方法采用最大耐受剂量法的小鼠急性毒性试验、常规的小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验。结果给小鼠经口灌胃给予刺五加口服液,雌、雄小鼠经口急性毒性MTD均〉24.0 g/kg BW,属于无毒级;在2.5~10.0 g/kg BW剂量范围内,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验结果未见异常属于阴性。结论在本试验条件下,刺五加口服液无毒且未显示有遗传毒性。

Objective To study the safety and toxicity of acanthopanax senticosus oral liquid. Methods Method of acute toxicity test of mice using themaximum tolerated dose,The mouse bone marrow micronucleus test,mouse sperm aberration test were used in this experiment. Results Mice were orally administered with acanthopanax senticosus oral liquid,female and male mice of both sexes MTD were greater than 24.0 g / kg BW. It belonged to non-toxic grade. In the 2.5-10.0 g /kg BW dose range,mouse bone marrow micronucleus test,The results of mouse sperm abnormality test were negative. Conclusion Under the condition of this experiment,the acanthopanax senticosus oral liquid has no toxicity.
