吉林省不同地区淡色库蚊幼虫对4种杀虫剂的抗药性调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解吉林省不同地区淡色库蚊对4种杀虫剂的抗性水平,为合理有效使用杀虫剂提供参考。方法淡色库蚊采用幼虫浸渍法测定半数致死浓度(LC_50。结果长春市、通化市、四平市和延边朝鲜族自治州(简称延边州)的野外种群对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、双硫磷和仲丁威的LC_50别为0.0000014~0.002、0.0000022~0.005 1、3~0.0023和0.0366~0.5916 mg/L。与文献报道的敏感品系试虫进行比较,4个地区野外种群对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、双硫磷和仲丁威的抗性系数分别为0.007~10.000、0.007~17.000、0.133~4.182和0.062~1.003。结论应采取科学的方法使用杀虫剂,延缓淡色库蚊抗性增长。 Objective To investigate the resistance of culex pipiens pallens larvae to four insecticides in different areas of Jilin province for providing reference for scientific application of insecticides. Methods Immersion method was used to determine the median lethal concentration( LC_50) for the Cx. pipiens pallens larvae. Results The median lethal concentrations of the field population Cx. pipiens pallens larvae to deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin,temephos,and fenobucarb were 0. 000 001 4-0. 002,0. 000 002 2-0. 005 1,0. 000 073-0. 002 3 and 0. 036 6-0. 591 6 mg / L,respectively in Changchun,Tonghua,Siping and Yanbian areas. In comparison with the susceptible strain reported in literature,the resistance ratios of the field population Cx. pipiens pallens larvae to deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin,temephos,and fenobucarb were 0. 007-10. 000,0. 007-17. 000,0. 133-4. 182 and 0. 062-1. 003,respectively in the four areas. Conclusion Insecticides should be applied scientifically to effectively curb the increase of resistance of Cx. pipiens pallens to the insecticides.
