高强钢板弯曲成形界面压力变化规律及黏模行为 被引量:1

Contact pressure and galling behavior at die radius in bending process with high strength steel sheet

摘要 以汽车用高强钢板DP600为研究对象,采用数值模拟与工艺试验相结合的方法研究弯曲变形模式下成形界面压力分布规律及其黏模行为。研究结果表明:在高强钢板弯曲成形过程中,凹模圆角的接触压力存在瞬态和稳态2个阶段,分别对应着磨损严重的2个区域:0~10°和30°~50°。经过200次弯曲成形实验后,凹模圆角0~10°和30°~50°2个区域的R_y较大,表明该区域黏模行为较严重,验证数值模拟结果的可行性与有效性。 The galling behavior on the tool/HSS interface was investigated by numerical simulation and experimental test. The results show that two typical contact pressure responses, called transient response and steady-state response, correspond to the galling zone: 0-10° and 30-50° at die radius respectively. Besides, the evaluation index Ry on the region of 0-10° and 30-50° at die radius is larger than the other zones after 200 bending times, which refers to the galling zone. The experimental results coincide well with the numerical simulation results, which certifies the validity and feasibility of those two methods.
