摘要
目的 :比较用通心络胶囊与盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的临床效果。方法 :对近年来我院收治的80例偏头痛患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我院随机将这些患者分为通心络组和氟桂利嗪组,每组各有40例患者。我院对通心络组患者使用通心络胶囊进行治疗,对氟桂利嗪组患者使用盐酸氟桂利嗪进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 :两组患者在接受治疗后,通心络组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于氟桂利嗪组患者,通心络组患者临床症状的评分明显低于氟桂利嗪组患者,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :与使用盐酸氟桂利嗪相比,使用通心络胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床效果更好,可有效地改善患者的临床症状。
Objective：Study on the effect comparison of Tong Xin Luo capsule and Flunarizine Hydrochloride in the treatment of migraine. Methods： Choose 80 cases of migraine patients from March 2014 to 2015, who were randomly divided into study group and control group, 40 cases in each. Study group were treated with Tongxinluo capsule and control group with flunarizine hydrochloride, then compare the effect. Results： The clinical treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of Tong Xin Luo capsule in the treatment of migraine was satisfied, with a wide range of clinical value.
