摘要
目的 :探讨联用美宝湿润烧伤膏和表皮生长因子对糖尿病足患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法 :对近期我院收治的100例糖尿病足患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将这100例患者随机分为联合组和对照组,每组各有50例患者。这些患者入院后,对其均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,为联合组患者联用美宝湿润烧伤膏和表皮生长因子进行治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果:进行治疗后,联合组患者治疗的总有效率、创面愈合的平均时间均好于对照组患者,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在进行治疗期间,两组患者均未出现明显的不良反应。结论 :联用美宝湿润烧伤膏和表皮生长因子对糖尿病足患者进行治疗的临床效果好,安全性高,可有效地缩短其创面愈合的时间,进而提高其治疗的效果。
Objective：To ivestagative the clinical effect of MEBO and epidermal growth factor treatment for patients of diabetic foot. Method： 50 cases were choosed in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2015,the were divided into observation group. Other 50 cases were divided into control goup from our hospital at the same time, the control group were given traditional treatment, the observation group were added with MEBO and epidermal growth factor. Result：The total efficacy in observation is higher,there were significant difference, the treatment time is also shorter. There were no adverse reactions. Conclusion：The treatment of MEBO and epidermal growth factor has a good clinical effect.
