摘要
文根据作用在回转窑基础上的荷载及其受力特点,提出了回转窑框架式基础的结构设计方案。以实际工程为例,采用SAP2000软件对回转窑框架式基础与大块式基础两种结构形式建模并进行模态周期及地震位移对比分析,结果表明在水平地震作用下,框架式基础的窑体支承点间相对位移更小,具有更好的整体性。
Based on the load acting on rotary kiln foundation and its stress characteristics,the structural design scheme of the rotary kiln frame foundation was proposed. With a practical project as an example,such two foundation structure types of rotary kiln as the frame foundation and massive foundation were compared and analyzed in terms of the modal period and seismic displacement by using the SAP2000 software. The results show that,under the horizontal seismic action,the relative displacement between kiln body bearing points of the frame-structure foundation is less,and the foundation has better integrity.
