随机低转速驱动的数字配流径向柱塞恒流量泵的研究 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了一种基于随机低转速工况驱动的数字配流径向柱塞恒流量泵,该泵采用以高速电磁开关阀组取代传统的机械配流的数字配流方式。具体分析了该泵实现数字控制的方法以及数字配流的原理与实现过程,建立了数字配流泵的静态和动态数学模型,提出了在随机低转速驱动下实现泵恒流量输出的方法。根据所得到的数学模型,在MATLAB/Simulink环境中搭建了相应的仿真模型并进行了仿真分析,验证了该数字配流径向柱塞恒流量泵在随机低转速工况驱动下实现近似恒流量输出的可行性,为数字配流泵的样机制作和后续的实验研究提供了理论依据。 A kind of radial piston constant flow hydraulic pump with digital distribution under random low speed driving is introduced. The flow-distribution of this pump is carried out by high speed solenoid on/off valves which are used to replace the traditional distribution mechanisms. The implementation way of digital control, the principle and process of digital distribution are analyzed concretely. The static and dynamic mathematic model and constant flow output ways of the pump under random low speed driving are put forward, and the theoretical analyses are carried out in this paper. Based on the mathematic theoretical model, the feasibility of constant flow output ways is verified through the MATLAB/Simulink simulation calculation,which provides theoretical foundation of the digital distribution pump's subsequent experiments.
