超短波联合电针早期干预周围性面神经炎

THE THERAPY OF EARLY INTERVENTION WITH ULTRASHORT WAVE AND ACUPUNCTURE ON THE PERIPHERAL FACIAL PARALYSIS

目的:观察超短波联合电针治疗早期干预对周围性面神经炎的影响。方法:将50例周围性面神经炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各25例,治疗组在患者发病7天内先给与超短波无热量治疗,7日后再行电针疗法,对照组患者仅在7日后行电针治疗,疗程结束后对两组患者进行疗效评价。结果:疗程结束后治疗组患者总有效率达96%,明显高于对照组的88%。治疗结束后1周和1月VAS评分治疗组明显低于对照组。结论:超短波联合电针治疗早期干预急性面神经炎疗效明显。

Oboective：To observe therapeutic effect of early intervention with the ultrashort wave and acupuncture on their peripheral paralysis. Methods： 50 patients with facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（n = 25）. In the treatment group, ultrashort wave therapy was conducted in the early stage（within 7 days of the onset） and acupuncure therapy was employed after the 7 days ultrashort wave therapy. In control group, patients only received the acupuncure treatment since 7 days after the onset. Evaluating therapeutic effects were evaluated in two groups at the ending of the treatments. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was significanlty higher than that of control group（96% vs. 88%） in finishing treatment. Compared with control group, the treatment group exhibited significant lower VAS values at the time of 1-week and 1-month of finishing treatment. Conclusion： The therapy of early intervention with ultrashort wave combined with acupuncture produce a significant therapeutic effect on acute facial paralysis.
