摘要 通过研究国内外港口岸电应用及运营的发展现状、应用场景及发展需求,分析建设面向岸电运营的港口智能用电业务支撑平台的重要意义。针对港口电网条件下的多样化用电设备需求及新兴的运营服务需求,提出面向港口岸电及其他智能用电设备的用电业务支撑平台系统方案,重点介绍平台系统架构、系统对外接口和未来扩展功能等内容,并基于我国港口发展趋势,对未来港口智能用电业务支撑平台应用进行展望。 The significance of constructing business support platform for port smart power utilization facing to alternative maritime power supply was analyzed based on the analysis of present development, application situation and development demand of shore power in China and abroad. To meet the demands of diversified electric equipments and rising operation services under port power grid condition, a business support platform system for power utilization which faces shore power and other electric equipments for smart power utilization was presented. Such contents as the architecture of the platform system, external interfaces and extended function for it were emphatically introduced. Based on the development trend of the ports in China, the future application of the business support platform for smart power consumption in port has also been prospected.
