超清扩散成像技术在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的应用 被引量:2

Application of syngo RESOLVE MRI diffusion weighted imaging in the diagnosis of ovarian neoplasms

摘要 目的:比较3.0T MRI超清扩散成像技术(RESOLVE DWI)与传统全视野扩散加权成像(f-FOV DWI)在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法收集21手术病理证实的卵巢肿瘤患者,利用3.0T MRI 扫描仪行常规盆腔 MRI 平扫、RESOLVE DWI 与 f-FOV DWI 扫描(b =1000 s/mm2);分别测量 RESOLVE 与 f-FOV DWI 图像中卵巢肿瘤实性成分的 ADC 值,由2名影像诊断医师利用4分法对图像中卵巢肿瘤显示效果进行主观评分,利用 SPSS 13.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果RESOLVE DWI 对卵巢肿瘤显示主观评分(3.62±0.44)分,f-FOV DWI 主观评分(2.93±0.51)分,RESOLVE DWI 对卵巢肿瘤显示主观评分高于 f-FOV DWI,差异有统计学意(Z =-3.787,P <0.05);RESOLVE DWI 卵巢肿瘤平均 ADC 值为(0.824±0.157)×10-3 mm2/s, f-FOV DWI 平均 ADC 值为(0.775±0.147)×10-3 mm2/s,两者差异无统计学意义(t =1.038,P >0.05)。结论在卵巢肿瘤 MRI DWI 检查中,与 f-FOV DWI 相比,RESOLVE DWI 可获得更高空间分辨率,更高图像质量,并可获得准确的定量参数值。 Objective To compare the value of syngo RESOLVE DWI and conventional full field-of-view (f -FOV)DWI in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors with 3.0T MRI scanner.Methods 21 consecutive patients with ovarian tumors confirmed by operation and pathology were selected.All patients underwent routine MRI plain scanning,RESOLVE DWI and f -FOV DWI with a 3.0T MRI scanner.ADC values measured the RESOLVE and the traditional DWI images of ovarian tumors,used the method of four points by two imaging diagnostic doctors to image the display effect of ovarian tumor in subjective ratings.SPSS 13.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The subjective score of tumors ovarian showing of RESOLVE DWI was (3.62 ±0.44)points,which of f -FOV DWI was (2.93 ±0.51)points,there was statistically significant difference(Z =-3.787,P 〈0.05);The average ADC value of ovarian tumor in RESOLVE DWI was (0.824 ±0.157)×10 -3 mm2 /s,that in f -FOV DWI was (0.775 ± 0.147)×10 -3 mm2 /s,there was no statistically significant difference(t =1.038,P 〉0.05).Conclusion In ovarian tumor MRI DWI examination,compared with f -FOV DWI,RESOLVE DWI can obtain higher space resolution,higher image quality,and obtain accurate quantitative parameter values.
