中国国有企业改革经历了三个阶段,改革取得了重大突破。国有企业改革还要继续积极推进产权制度改革,进一步加快国有企业的战略性重组步伐;加快国有企业债务重组和重建银企关系,以彻底解决国企的负债问题。

China's reform on state-owned enterprises undergoes three stages and has achieved significant breakthrough. However, it is still necessary for them to cany reform of property right forward , expediting the steps of strategic reoptimization to state-owned enterprises and their debts, rebuilding relations between banks and enterprises to settle down debts of them.
