摘要
菲(Phenanthrene,Phe)是一种典型的多环芳烃类(PAHs)化合物,极易在水环境中累积并可通过食物链传递,严重威胁水生动物和人类健康。文章主要综述菲对水生动物致毒及解毒机理,旨在更好地深入研究,以便为有效地控制和防治菲对水生动物的危害,保护水生生物和生态环境提供参考。
Phenanthrene is one of polycyclie aromatic hydrocarbon compounds, which is easy to be accumulated in the water environment and to be passed through food chain. Phenanthrene is a serious threat to human and aquatic animal. This paper mainly reviews the toxicity and detoxification mechanism of phenanthrene in aquatic animal, which is for further study. The review provides reference for controlling and effective prevention of phenanthrene from aquatic hazards, to protect aquatic animals and ecological environment.
