超临界CO_2萃取复方中草药饲料添加剂及GC-MS分析

摘要 试验通过分析复方中草药饲料添加剂提取物中主要成分,为其质量控制提供新方法。通过采用超临界CO_2萃取法提取复方中草药饲料添加剂,并通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各组分相对含量。结果表明,从超临界CO_2萃取法提取得到的提取物中分离、鉴定出己醛(11.41%)、己酸甲酯(13.22%)、9-氧-壬酸甲酯(9.09%)、萘-1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,8a-八氢-4a,8-二甲基-l-2-异丙烯基-[2R-(2α.,4aα.,8aβ)](13.73%)和壬二酸二甲酯(8.86%)等23种成分。超临界CO_2萃取与GC-MS联用的方法为复方中草药饲料添加剂开发和利用提供了契机。 The aim was to analyze the chemical constituents of compound Chinese herbal medicine feed additives extraction by GC-MS and provide a new QC method. The extraction was extracted from Chinese herbal medicine by supercritical CO2 extraction, its chemical constituents and relative con- tents were analyzed and identified by GC-MS, compounds were identified and the main components were hexanal(11.41%), hexanoic acid, methyl ester(13.22%), nonanoic acid, 9-oxo-, methyl ester (9.09%), naphthalene, 1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,8a- octahydro- 4a, 8- dimethyl- 2- (1 - methylethenyl) -, [2R- (2.alpha.,4a.alpha.,8a.beta.)](13.73%) and nonanedioic acid, dimethyl ester(8.86%). The study provides a scientific method for the further exploitation and utilization of Chinese herbal medicine feed additives.
